Standard neoprene topcovers feature 1/8" neoprene over a 1/16" EVA foam mid-cushion. Neoprene is a medium cushion material best suited for everyday and athletic use. (Available in full length and 3/4 length)

Ultra sponge topcovers feature 1/16" neoprene over a 1/8" urethane mid-cushion (full length includes a thin bottom cover). Ultra sponge has maximum cushioning and is highly resistant to bottoming out. (Available in full length and 3/4 length)

Standard synthetic leather topcovers feature 1/8" sponge rubber covered with a quality synthetic leather. Synthetic leather has low-med cushioning, good durability and a smooth finish. (Available in full length and 3/4 length)

Synthetic ultra leather features a quality synthetic leather over a 1/8" urethane mid-cushion (full length has a thin bottom cover). Synthetic ultra leather has medium cushioning with good durability and is resistant to bottoming out. (Available in full length and 3/4 length)

Topcover "extras" are additional pads found beneath the covers. The most common "extras" are metatarsal supports, heel spur pads, and arch pads. If your orthotics are equipped with any of these features, you will need to include them on your order (they aren't automatically included).

Our repair services are designed for rigid orthotics (with support shells constructed from plastic, fiberglass, or a composite).
